At Chilpa, we are more than a restaurant — we are a family. Every member of our team is an essential part of creating that blend of flavor, warmth, and closeness that has accompanied us for more than a decade.
We are driven by a shared purpose: to offer quality food that nourishes the body and fills the heart with joy, because we believe that things made with love simply taste better.
CHILPA & ART
Since the beginning, at Chilpa we’ve had the pleasure of building community and contributing our small “grain of sand” to create a better world to live in — through local action and global thinking.
We believe creativity is a form of expression and healing; a space to release emotions and connect with who we are. That’s why at Chilpa we host a rotating art exhibition every three months, where different artists intervene the wooden boards we use as table dividers. We also present a SOLO SHOW exhibition, where the guest artist showcases and sells their work, accompanied by a special opening and closing event.
All of this is curated by GAMA GALERÍA, with whom we share a passion for art and the human connection it inspires.
